Tickets may be re-booked or a credit voucher issued if done at least 48hrs before scheduled date unless related to an “unforeseeable event.” (See below) Credit voucher must be used within same operational season (May-Sept).
Special limited COVID cancellation policy. A person may cancel at anytime before the scheduled date with a positive COVID test. A credit voucher will be issued and must be used within the same operational season (May-Sept).
We may require you to provide verification and/or documentation to confirm that you were unable to make your visit if you request a refund. You may check with Customer Support (firstname.lastname@example.org) that the event is an Unforeseeable Event and that you can provide the required documentation before you cancel any tickets. Refunds will be less service and transaction fees.
Annual passes are not refundable or transferrable.
You may receive a refund of the ticket(s) price if you are prevented from participating because of an unforeseeable event that is out of your control and shows up after the booking. The determination of what constitutes Unforeseeable Events is at the discretion of Sasquatch Shuttle.
The following is a list of examples of what we consider as Unforeseeable Events:
(a) Impersonal events that make it dangerous or impossible to safely participate, such as: travel restrictions imposed by governments, epidemic disease unusual to an area, war, civil insurrection, strike, extreme weather, earthquake and natural disaster;
(b) A ship that is unable to dock and prevents you from taking a scheduled visit;
(c) A flight cancellation if there are no other means to travel to the destination; and
(d) A “Do Not Travel” advisory issued by the US Department of State, or another nation after a booking is made.
The following do not constitute Unforeseeable Events:
(a) Illness or injury of a tour participant;
(b) Poor weather;
(c) Change of plans;
